Shruthi Accounting Centre

Up here in Sanghavi Nagar, Shruthi Accounting Centre has its space at 59/2. Ulsoor is always busy, and our little corner is no different. We spend the day looking at ledgers and computer screens. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes of old records. We probably should clear some of them out, but you never know when someone might need a document from five years ago. The windows look out onto a side street, so we don't get the worst of the main road noise. We have a small team here. We know each other's habits pretty well, like who forgets to wash their mug and who talks too loud on the phone. It feels more like a small family than a corporation. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just answer the door and help whoever comes in with their tax or accounting problems. The chairs are a bit worn out, but they are comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. If it’s raining, the roof makes a bit of a racket, but we just keep working. It’s a honest living and we’re glad to be part of the Ulsoor neighborhood. Most people know us by now, and that’s plenty for us.
