Shriram Properties

We are located at 53/2 on the 9th Cross in Vasanth Vallabh Nagar, which is a busy part of Bangalore. Shriram Properties has a workspace here that is always humming with activity. It is a pretty straightforward office setup. We do not have any fancy marble floors or expensive art on the walls. Mostly, you will just see stacks of blueprints and folders. The 9th Cross can get a bit crowded with parked cars and bikes, but it is easy to find us once you are on the street. We spend most of the day talking to people who are interested in finding a place to live or invest. It is not a high-pressure environment. We just sit down, have a coffee, and look at the property maps together. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the phone rings more than we can answer, but we do our best to keep up. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We have been in this location for a while, so we have seen a lot of changes in the Bangalore market over the years. There are a few small shops nearby where we grab lunch. It is just a regular office where we work hard and try to give people the facts they need about the properties. We do not use any polished sales talk. We just show the plans and let the work speak for itself.
