Our office is tucked away in RMV 2nd Stage, right behind the Florence School in Nagashettyhalli. If you know the school, you can't miss our building. It’s a bit quieter over here than the main roads in Bangalore, which is nice when we are trying to look over property documents without too many distractions. We’ve been at number 18 for a good bit now. Mostly we just deal with people in the neighborhood who are looking for apartments or land. There is always noise from the school kids during their lunch break, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of staff; it's just a few of us here making sure the paperwork for various sites gets processed right. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to check on buildings around the area. The stairs in this building are a bit steep, but the view of the trees outside the window makes up for it. People in Nagashettyhalli know us as the place to go when they have questions about local real estate. We don’t put on airs or use big words to sound important. If a deal is good, we say so. If there is a problem with the title or the land, we tell people straight. It’s better that way. We keep a pot of coffee going most mornings. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up.
