We are located in room 202 of the Aashirwad Complex. It’s right on Dharnidhar Road in Paldi. If you’ve walked past that building, you know it’s a busy part of town. Our office isn't very large, but we have crammed it with enough computers and parts to keep us busy from morning until late evening. Most of our time is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and phone calls. Sometimes the stairs in the complex are a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again, which happens more than we’d like. We have cables running along the floor and boxes of components stacked in the corners. It is not the most stylish office you will ever see, but it works for what we do. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on different projects. People pop in with questions about their systems, and we just try to give them a straight answer without using too much technical jargon. It’s a lot of sitting and clicking, then a lot of standing and fixing. We’ve been in Paldi for a good stretch now and know the local tea stall guys pretty well. It’s just a regular IT setup where we try to stay on top of the work.
