Shri Cramics

Shri Cramics is located at number 273 on Bellary Road in Byatarayanapura. If you’re driving towards the airport, you’ve probably passed us. We deal in all kinds of tiles and ceramic items for houses. The shop is full of samples leaning against the walls. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been in Byatarayanapura for a good long time now. Bellary Road is always busy with cars and trucks, so there’s never a quiet moment. We spend time helping people pick out floor tiles that won’t show too much dirt. It’s a practical thing. We don’t try to sell the most expensive thing in the shop unless that’s really what someone wants. Most people just want something that looks okay and lasts. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting because those tile boxes are really heavy. My hands are usually covered in some kind of dust by the end of the day. We don’t have a website; we just rely on people seeing the shop while they’re stuck in traffic. It’s a simple business. We open up, clean the front, and talk about what kind of bathroom or kitchen they’re building. It’s nice to see the finished photos people sometimes bring back to show us how the tiles look in their homes. Bellary Road is pretty relentless with the noise, but you stop noticing it after a while. We’ve got a small back room where we keep older designs. It’s not a corporate showroom where everything is perfect. We just do our best here.
