Shree Siddhnath Architects

Our office is in Mathikere, on the 5th Main. It's a decent area, quite lively. If you’re looking for Shree Siddhnath Architects, the best landmark is the Citra Veg Restaurant. We’re very close to it, which is convenient when we’re hungry. The office itself is at number 57. It’s a basic space. We have some large tables for laying out architectural prints and a few computers for the heavy lifting. It’s not a polished studio you’d see in a magazine. There are rolls of paper in the corners and pencils everywhere. We spend most of our hours here arguing over floor plans or checking site details. The fans hum in the background and someone is usually on the phone talking to a contractor. Mathikere can get a bit loud with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the blueprints. We don’t really go for the corporate look. No one wears a suit here. We’re usually in jeans and just trying to figure out how to make a building work. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been here for a bit and the locals know us. Sometimes we go over to Citra for a quick coffee break when the work gets a bit too much. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to draw things up. Nothing more, nothing less. We like being in this part of Bangalore, it feels grounded. Most days we are here until quite late.
