Shoba Developers

Shoba Developers is located in Kovilpatti, down on Pallak Road. Our office is in the Shunmuga Sigamani Nagar area, at a place called S. Merlin, number 544/5. It’s a local operation, and we focus on development work right here in the region. Most people in town know us or have seen our signs around. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for meeting with folks who are interested in land or new builds. We have a lot of files and charts on the walls showing different plots and project statuses. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just part of the business. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or have a glossy brochure to hand out. We just talk to people plainly about what we have available and what the costs are going to be. Kovilpatti is a tight-knit place, so reputation matters more than any advertisement. We spend our mornings checking on the workers at the sites and our afternoons here in the office catching up on the paperwork. Sometimes the rains slow everything down and we have to rearrange all our schedules, which can be frustrating. We just try to be honest about how long things take. It’s a simple business run by people who grew up around here and know the land.
