Shoba Developers Bangalore

We are Shoba Developers Bangalore, but we actually run things from Akkel House in Kundukad. It's a bit of a drive to get anywhere from here in Palghat, but we like the quiet. Our setup isn't anything special. It's just a regular house where we keep all our construction equipment and paperwork in the spare rooms. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with people in the city. Even though our name says Bangalore, this is where we do all our planning. We’ve had a few people get confused by that, but we just explain that this is where we are based for now. We don't have a big neon sign or a fancy office suite. Most of our work comes from people we know or people who have seen our projects around the area. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather isn't helping us out. We just keep at it, day after day. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with a thousand employees. It’s just a small group of us handling the development side of things. We try to be practical and not overcomplicate things. We just look at the site, make a plan, and start building. It’s a simple way to work, and it’s served us well enough so far. It is a steady life and we really like the community around here.
