Shiviri Propertys Pvt Ltd is based in the Sanjay Nagar area of Bangalore. You can find us in the K G E Layout, right near the Ganesh Mandir. Being near the temple makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to see us. We are tucked away on the 4th Main and 2nd Cross of the 2nd Block. It is a nice, leafy part of the city, though it gets quite crowded during festival times at the mandir. We spend our days dealing with land and buildings. Our office at 1/1 is where we do all the paperwork and meet with people who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. We aren't one of those big real estate firms with huge billboards. We just have a small office where we keep our maps and property listings. We have lived in Bangalore for a long time, so we have seen how Sanjay Nagar has grown from a quiet spot to what it is today. We try to be helpful and honest about what we know. Sometimes we don't have the answer right away and have to go check the records at the local offices. It is a lot of walking and talking, but we like being out and about in the neighborhood. We just keep things practical and don't make promises we can't keep.
