If you find yourself on the 50 Feet Road in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, you might see our place at number 199. It’s a busy area and we have been operating out of here for quite some time now. Construction is one of those things where there is always something going on, whether it is digging a foundation or finishing up some brickwork. We have a small team of guys who know how to handle the tools and the materials. It gets quite dusty around the office with all the movement, but that is just part of the job. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on how much cement or sand we have left for the current project. We don’t really do big speeches about what we do. We just show up, look at the plans, and start building what needs to be built. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings going up every year. Being right here on the main road makes it easy for us to move the trucks in and out, though the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We keep things simple and try to get the work done without making too much of a fuss. It’s just us, some bricks, and a lot of hard work through the week. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes fast, but that is construction for you.
