It’s a busy area in Kalyan Nagar, so there’s always noise from the traffic outside our windows. We’ve been here for a while now, and the location is pretty convenient if you’re driving along the Ring Road. The hospital isn't a massive complex, but we have enough space for the speciality work we do with kids. We have different rooms for different needs, and we try to keep things as organized as possible. It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean and the machines running, but that’s the job we chose. Our team is made up of regular people who live around Bangalore. We don’t put on airs or act like we’re a five-star hotel. It’s a hospital, after all. Sometimes the reception area gets a bit cluttered with strollers and bags from visiting families. We just move them aside and keep going. We don't have a big PR department writing things for us. This is just a place where children come to get looked at. We’ve seen a lot of kids grow up over the years. Some who came here as toddlers are now nearly finished with school. It’s nice to see that progress. We just stay focused on the daily tasks and keeping things running.
