Shirke Constructions Pvt Ltd is located in the Chama Layout, which is right across from the Government Junior College. This is in Yadgir, which used to be part of Gulbarga district in Karnataka. We have been working out of this spot for a good while. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any marble floors or fancy lights in the office. It’s just a room with some files and a computer that is a bit slow. We spend most of our time out in the field anyway. Building things is what we know. We aren't interested in making fancy speeches about what we do. We just take the job, get the crew together, and start. Being near the college means there is always some activity around. We like the area. It’s a regular life for us. We wake up, check the schedule, and head out. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people just find us because they saw one of our sites or heard from someone else in Yadgir. It is a small world here. We try to be honest about how long things will take. Construction has its ups and downs, but we just keep plugging away. That’s how we’ve always done it at Chama Layout. We just try to do right by the folks who hire us for their projects.
