Our spot is in Jayanagar 9th Block, specifically at 44/4 on District Fund Road. Shiras Consulting Pvt Ltd is right near Jain University, so there is always a lot of student energy around the area. We do consulting work, which usually means people come to us when they need a bit of outside perspective on their business stuff. It could be about hiring or how they manage their teams. We listen a lot. Most of our work is just talking through issues and seeing where things can be smoothed out. Jayanagar is a busy part of Bangalore, and we have been tucked away here for a bit. The office is pretty standard, with desks and chairs and too many charging cables. We do not have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just take the projects as they come.
