Shinde Opticals is right here in the Jayanagar Shipping Complex. We spend most of our days helping people figure out why their vision is getting a bit blurry or just fixing a pair of glasses that someone sat on by accident. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place where you can get your eyes looked at and pick out some frames that fit your face. Being in the shipping complex means we see all sorts of people walking by every day. It gets a bit busy around here sometimes, but that’s just how Jayanagar is. We have a lot of different contact lenses too, if you’re tired of wearing glasses all the time. My brother and I have been doing this for a while now. We try to keep things simple. If a screw comes loose on your old pair, you just bring them in and we’ll tighten it up for you. We have the usual machines for testing eyes and a bunch of drawers filled with lenses. It’s a small space but it works for what we do. People from around the neighborhood usually know where to find us. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Most folks just walk in because they saw the sign while they were out doing their shopping. We keep our hours pretty regular, so there is almost always someone here to help you out with a new prescription or just some cleaning solution for your lenses.
