Our company is based at Plot 131 in the KIADB Industrial Area, right on the Bommasandra - Jigani Link Road. It is a major industrial stretch in Bangalore, and there are factories as far as the eye can see. We have been working out of this facility for several years now, focusing on technology and assembly. The building is essentially a large workshop with a small office area at the front for our administrative staff. Inside, you will see a lot of workbenches, soldering stations, and racks filled with technical components. It is not a quiet place because there is always some machine running or someone testing a piece of equipment. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, whoever is closest to the door will just stop what they are doing to help you. The commute is probably the toughest part of our day because the link road gets incredibly backed up with trucks and employee buses in the evenings. We often eat our lunch together in the small break area at the back of the shed. It is a very practical environment where the focus is entirely on the technical work we do. We are just a group of people who enjoy building things and making sure they work correctly. There are no big speeches here, just a lot of focus on the daily tasks.
