Shelter Group

We are based out of Banashankari 3rd Stage, over in Chinnappa Naidu Layout, 2nd Stage. Our office is at number 23. Shelter Group isn't a massive corporation, we are just a group of people working on local building projects and housing. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a quiet place to have an office. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes we are out visiting sites across the city, but this is where we come back to do the admin work. It’s a modest building, nothing too flashy. We’ve got some chairs for visitors and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest, but we know where everything is. Being in Banashankari is good because many of us grew up around here and we know the land well. We don't really do big advertising campaigns. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. We just try to get the jobs done properly without making a big fuss about it. The traffic near the layout can get tricky during school hours, but usually, it's fine. We like the pace of things here. It feels like a real community where people actually talk to each other and help each other out with local projects.
