Our office is located up on the fifth floor over in the Wilson Garden area on KH Road. It’s situated right across from the IDBI Bank, so most people just use that as a big landmark when they're trying to find us for a meeting. We spend a huge chunk of our time dealing with complicated blueprints, building permits, and visiting various construction sites around the city. Being builders means we’re often out in the sun and the dust, but this office is where all the actual planning and paperwork happens. We've been working around this part of town for a good bit now. It’s a very busy part of the city, always plenty of traffic and noise coming up from the street below. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us looking over project timelines or talking to different contractors on the phone to see where the supplies are. We build a variety of different structures, mostly residential houses and apartment blocks I guess. Every single project has its own specific set of problems to solve, whether it's the bad weather holding things up or getting the right materials delivered on time. We just try to keep everything moving forward as we go. It’s not always easy work, and there are definitely plenty of long days involved. We started out pretty small and just kept taking on more work as it came our way over the years. If someone needs to talk about a potential building project, they usually just drop by our fifth-floor office.
