Shekar & Co.

Our business operates out of units 502 and 503 on Nagasandra Road. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road, so there’s always something to see out the window. We handle general trade and some distribution from here. The space is mostly filled with boxes and crates. We don't have any fancy displays or a showroom. It’s more of a working warehouse where things come in and go out. We have a small staff who have been with us for a long time. We mostly talk about the daily tasks and what needs to be delivered next. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is a bit scuffed from moving pallets around. It’s just the way it is when you’re busy. We have a couple of desks shoved in the corner for the paperwork. The phone rings a lot, usually people checking on their orders. We don’t do any big advertising. Word of mouth has always worked for us. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when things get hectic. It's a very grounded way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure the boxes get to where they need to go on time. It’s a basic operation but it keeps us going every day. Shekar & Co. is just a normal spot on the road.
