We are located at No.22 on Mysore Road, right near the Satellite Bus Stop in Kuvempu Nagar. Being so close to the bus stop means it’s always loud and there’s a lot of dust flying around. You have to take the 3rd Cross to find us. The shop stays pretty packed with all sorts of items we keep in stock. We deal with various products that people need for their daily lives or their homes. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes because we try to fit as much as possible on the shelves. In the mornings, we spend time cleaning the front because of the pollution from the main road. The buses are constantly pulling in and out, which makes the whole building shake a little bit. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have a lot of stuff to unpack and organize. It keeps us on our feet. Sometimes a traveler from the bus stop will wander in just to see what we have while they wait for their ride. We don't mind. It’s interesting to talk to people from different places. The work is steady, and there is always a list of things to get done. We don’t go for anything too flashy here. We just keep the doors open and do our work every day. It’s a practical place for practical things. There is no point in complicating it more than that.
