Shashi Kumar & Company is based over in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. You can find us at number 409 on the 9th Cross in II Block. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which we like. This address has been our home for a good number of years. Inside, the office is pretty basic. Desks, some old filing cabinets, and a couple of chairs for visitors make up most of the space. We don't really have a receptionist or anything formal like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello when someone comes in. Typical office work takes up most of our time, and we stay busy making sure everything is in order. Being in II Block is convenient for us. Since the 9th Cross has a few other small businesses around, we know our neighbors fairly well. Big corporations have lots of rules, but we aren't like that. We just have our own way of doing things that has worked for us so far. It can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going at once, but the piles of paper eventually get cleared. We just try to be helpful and honest with anyone who stops by. There’s no big mystery to how we operate. Most mornings involve showing up, tackling the tasks that are waiting, and trying to be practical about everything. It’s just a normal local business. We have some old posters on the walls that have been there since the day we opened. There is no dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable and get on with our tasks.
