Sharpojji Polonjji &Co Ltd has an office in Bangalore, over in Vivekananda Nagar. We are located at 45, 1st Cross, in the J.C.O’s Colony. This is a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit unusual for a big name to be tucked away here. The office is an old building with a lot of character. We have several rooms filled with blueprints, files, and computers. It’s always a bit busy with people coming in from different sites to report or pick up supplies. The Bangalore weather is usually good, so we keep the windows open. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing, vendors calling out, and cars passing by on the cross road. We aren't the type to have a high-rise office with glass walls. We prefer this practical setup. There is a small garden area in the front where we sometimes take our breaks and have coffee. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a lot of coordination work, talking to supervisors and making sure the materials are where they need to be for the construction crews. We are just a group of people trying to manage things from a small, quiet corner of the city. It feels grounded. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just get the work done and go home to our families.
