Sharp Industries

Sharp Industries is tucked away at No. 3 on D.S. Lane, right near the S.P. Road Cross. It’s a narrow area and can get pretty crowded with traffic and people moving about. Our shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. We work on various industrial components. You’ll usually find us surrounded by metal shavings and tools. We’ve been operating out of this lane for a long time. It’s one of those places where everyone knows their neighbors. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. Most of our customers just drop in or give us a call on the landline. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on what’s on the workbench. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a large shipment in, but we make it work. We have some old machines that have been with us since the start. They’re reliable if you know how to handle them. We drink tea in the afternoons and watch the busy street outside for a few minutes before getting back to it. It’s just an honest, small-scale operation. We like the independence of running our own shop in this part of town.
