You can find Sharada Estates Pvt Ltd., part of the Maangalya Groups, at No 7 on 2nd Main in Srinivasnagar. We are located at 3rd B Cross in the Sunkadakatte area of Bangalore. This part of the city is quite far from the main tech hubs, which we actually quite like. It feels more like a real neighborhood here. The office is a simple building that serves as our home base. We have a few rooms where we handle all the accounts and planning. It’s not a fancy glass tower. It’s just a solid, practical place to work. Bangalore traffic is famous, so getting here can be a bit of a mission for some of us, but once we are inside, it’s pretty calm. We have a small yard out front where some plants are growing despite the dust. Inside, the furniture is functional and nothing more. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who stop by the office to discuss land. There’s usually a pot of tea on the go somewhere in the back. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have lists of things to do and maps of the local area. It’s a very hands-on environment. The staff here are mostly local people who have been around for years. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just life.
