We are located at 69 Guru Raghavendra Nagar, which is in the 7th Phase of J P Nagar in Bangalore. This part of the city is always growing, so there's always something going on outside our window. Shapoorji Paloonji &Co Ltd has been operating from this address for a bit. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s mostly residential, so it’s not as loud as being right on the main road. We have a few rooms set up for our different departments. It’s a functional space where we handle the day-to-day requirements of our construction work. We don't have any marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place to work. The commute in Bangalore can be a nightmare, so we all have our own tricks for getting here on time. Usually, we start the day with a quick catch-up over coffee before we dive into the emails and site reports. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon. If someone has a problem, they just say it and we try to fix it. We have a lot of files from old projects stored in the back, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room. But we manage. It’s a solid place to be based, and the neighborhood has good places to grab a quick lunch. We just focus on the projects and keeping the paperwork moving in the right direction.
