Our team is located on the 7th floor of Surya Chambers, which is right in Murugesh Palya. The address is 124, D.S.R.K.Varma, Bangalore 560017. Working at Shapoorji Pallonji &Co.Ltd from this office means dealing with the Bangalore traffic every single day, which isn't always fun but it's part of the routine. The office itself is okay, nothing too crazy, just desks and computers and a lot of coffee being drank. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to folks on the phone. It gets busy during the middle of the week, and sometimes the elevators take forever to come up to the 7th floor. We aren't into those big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to stay on top of the schedule. Murugesh Palya is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a mix of people here, some who have been with the company forever and some new faces. It feels like a normal workplace where everyone just tries to get along and get their tasks finished. No one wears fancy suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We mostly just focus on the practical side of things. It's a solid place to work, and we know the neighborhood well by now. Everyone just puts in their hours and tries to be helpful when things get hectic.
