You can find us at Ramesh K. Dudagi’s place, which is House Number L.I.G 109 in the Hudco Colony area of Jalanagar, Bijapur. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of a commercial district. We share the space here for Shapoorji Pallonji &Co Ltd, and it feels more like a home office than anything else. The area around Jalanagar is pretty familiar to us, and we’ve become part of the local scenery over the years. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through our lists and making sure the numbers add up. Bijapur has a lot of history, but our day-to-day is much more mundane, focusing on the logistics and the paperwork that comes with the job. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or we have to wait for a delivery that got lost in the colony lanes. We take our breaks outside when the weather is nice, just watching the local traffic go by. It’s an honest way to work, without the pressure of a high-rise office building. We know the people living around us, and they know what we do. It’s a simple arrangement that suits the way we operate. No big speeches or complicated systems, just a group of people in a house in Bijapur trying to stay on top of things as the days go by.
