This is the Belgaum office of Shapoorji Pallonji And Co Ltd. We are located at 322/2, Khadarawadi Cross, right on the Udyambag Khanapur Road. It’s an industrial part of town, so there’s always a lot of activity nearby. You’ll see plenty of trucks and workers passing by our door every day. The office is a basic setup where we manage our local operations. We have a few rooms filled with files and some computers that have seen better days. It’s a place where we do the grit work of construction management. The traffic on Khanapur Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but it’s a good location for getting materials in and out. We don’t have a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on the supplies. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on getting the structures built. The team here is pretty close-knit. We’ve worked on several projects together now. We deal with the local weather and the usual delays without complaining too much. It’s just how the business goes. We are just a bunch of people trying to do a solid day's work in Belgaum. There’s always another project on the horizon and plenty of things to keep us occupied. We keep the kettle on and the blueprints spread out on the table.
