Our small office is located at No-205 on Iyyanar Koil St, right in the heart of Indira Nagar. It’s part of Molasoor Village in the Tindivanam Taluk area. If you know Villupuram District, you know it’s a bit of a drive, but it’s a quiet enough spot for us to work. We’ve been operating Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd from this location for some time now. The street gets its name from the local temple, so it's easy to find if you’re from around here. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about construction sites. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. People from the village often walk past and wave. We keep our boots by the door because things can get dusty when the wind picks up. Most days, we are busy coordinating with crews or checking on materials. It’s a practical place for a team that spends more time on-site than behind a desk. We’ve got a little kitchen area where we take breaks. The walls have some old maps pinned up. It’s not a polished place, but it works for what we do. We like being tucked away in Molasoor instead of a big city. It feels more grounded. Everyone knows everyone else on this street. We just do our work and go home.
