Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

We are based out of Kengeri-Shirke in Bangalore. Specifically at the KHB Colony, House Number 38. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is a nice change of pace. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd has this spot here to manage things in this part of town. The address is linked to S.A. Khaleel’s son, and that’s where you’ll find us most days. It feels more like a house than a big corporate office, which suits our style just fine. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist. Just some desks and computers and a lot of maps of the city pinned to the walls. Bangalore traffic is a real pain these days, so we try to get our site visits done very early in the morning. We have a few guys who have been here for years. We know the tea shop nearby very well and spend a lot of time there. Work is steady. We handle a lot of the local logistics and coordination for the building sites. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important for the projects we’re on. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the materials get where they need to go and the workers are sorted out for the day. Some days are slow, but most are pretty packed. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a decent place and the people are good.
