Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd

Our place is at 8-2-293/82/B/107 in the Gayathri Hills area of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. It’s a well-known part of town, but our office for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd is pretty low-key. We mostly focus on the technical side of the construction business from here. There are always a lot of meetings happening about site safety or material quality. We don’t really use a lot of fancy corporate language. We just talk about what needs to be built and how much time it’s going to take. The office usually smells like coffee and old paper. We have a lot of long-term employees who know the ins and outs of the local regulations and how to get things done in this city. It’s a busy environment because there’s always a new project starting or one that’s reaching a critical stage. We don’t go in for much promotion. The buildings we’ve worked on over the years usually speak for themselves. Most of us here just want to make sure the engineering is solid and the project stays on track. It’s a practical, day-to-day kind of job. We deal with the heat of Hyderabad and the busy streets, just trying to keep our corner of the construction world moving along properly without making too much noise about it. Sometimes we have visitors from other branches, but mostly it's just us local folks. We don't have any interest in sounding more important than we are. We just take the blueprints and turn them into something real.
