Our office is over in Shanthinagar at No. 2-A on Nanjappa Road. We are up on the first floor. It's a decent area, and we've been here for quite some time. K. C. S. Implex Pvt. Ltd. isn't a big, flashy corporation. We're just a group of people working in a modest space. The office has desks, some old files, and a small corner for making coffee. We don't have a team of people to answer the phones with a script. You just get one of us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or handling paperwork. It can be repetitive, but we don't mind. We've got a good routine going. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step. Shanthinagar is a nice neighborhood to work in. It has a bit of a slower pace than some other parts of the city. We don't do much to promote ourselves. We just do the work we're supposed to do and hope for the best. Sometimes we have a lot of stuff piled up near the door waiting to go out. It gets a bit messy, but that's just a sign that we're busy. We keep things honest and just try to get through our list every day. It's not a complicated operation, just us doing our thing.
