Shanmugam Mobile & Camera Repairs

You can find us at Shop No 72 in Gandhi Nagar, over in the Hingne Khurd area. We’ve been here in Savitri Nagar for quite some time now. The shop isn't very big, mostly just enough space for our repair benches and a few chairs for people to wait. We spend most of our daylight hours squinting at tiny screws and mobile phone screens. Cameras too, though those are a bit more complicated sometimes. It’s a busy little corner of the world. There’s usually a bit of noise from the street coming in through the door. We don’t really have a fancy front desk or anything. It’s just us and our tools. Most of the people who come in live nearby. We know a lot of the faces that pass by every day. Some days we have more phones to fix than we have hands for, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t really do any big advertising. Word gets around when you sit in the same spot for years. It’s a simple life, just fixing things that people rely on every day. We try to be fair and just get the work done. The shop is a bit cluttered with spare parts and old camera bodies, but we know where everything is. It’s just a local repair shop in the heart of the colony. We just open the shutters and start working.
