Shaikh Brothers Chem.Industries

We are located at shop number 8 in the Old Colony Shopping Center, right on Valia Road in G.I.D.C. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a lot of trucks and noise around. Shaikh Brothers Chem.Industries is a family-run kind of place. We’ve been working with chemicals and industrial supplies for a long time. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the factory area, but that’s just how it is. We have stacks of invoices and ledgers on the desks. We don't use much fancy software; we mostly stick to what we know works for us. Our customers are mostly other businesses nearby. We know most of them by name. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when orders come in all at once. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the fans don't do much, but we keep going. It’s a practical business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just supply what’s needed and try to keep the prices fair. My brother and I started this because we knew the industry well. It hasn't always been easy, but we’ve managed to keep things running. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. That is our daily life here.
