You can find Shah Granites Pvt. Ltd over in Bangalore at the Richmond Pallazzo. We are in Unit 301 on Richmond Road. It's a central part of the city, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. Our office is a bit more formal than a warehouse, but it’s still a working space. We have stacks of granite samples on the floor and maps of the quarries on the walls. Bangalore has grown so much lately, and we’ve been here watching it happen. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people who are building new homes or offices. It’s not all just sitting at a desk, though. We often have to go out and inspect the stone ourselves. If the quality isn't right, we don't take it. We don't have a big team of sales people in fancy clothes. It's just a few of us who know the stone business well. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the orders. Sometimes the logistics of moving heavy slabs through Bangalore traffic can be a real headache. But we’ve figured out the best times to move the trucks. We don't use any complicated mission statements. We just try to keep the business running smoothly in 560025. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are used to it by now. We just take it one day at a time.
