Bangalore is always growing and the traffic makes the logistics side of things a bit tricky, but we’ve figured out the best times to move stuff. We handle a lot of shipments and it’s mostly about keeping the paperwork in order so nothing gets lost. The office is small and usually filled with stacks of documents and a few computers. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. People mostly know us through the work we do. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with drivers and other offices. Some days are long, especially when there are delays at the warehouse, but we just stay until the job is finished. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't try to sound more important than we are, we are just a local team handling the logistics for whoever needs it. It’s practical work and we try to do it honestly every day, just making sure the parcels reach their destination without sitting around for too long in the heat.
