Sei Cmmi & Pcmm Level-5 Company

We are based in Belandhur, which everyone knows is one of the busiest parts of Bangalore these days. Our office is a Sei Cmmi & Pcmm Level-5 place. That basically means we have a lot of rules and systems for how we do our work. It is all about process improvement and making sure the staff management is handled properly. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and following the specific levels of the CMMI framework. Being in Belandhur means we are right in the middle of the tech hub. The traffic on the Outer Ring Road is always a topic of conversation in the break room. We have a decent office setup with enough room for our teams to sit and focus. It is not about being fancy; it is about keeping up with these high standards we have achieved. We have different departments working together, and sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is collaborating. We’ve been in this location for a good amount of time, seeing the area grow from almost nothing to what it is now. There are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is good because we usually work through the day. It is just a group of people trying to maintain the quality of the work according to the level-5 requirements we have. We keep things professional but it is a very down-to-earth atmosphere inside the office every day.
