Most people who live around here just know the spot. It’s tucked away in a corner of the neighborhood where things are a bit slower than the main roads. Seethalakshmi is usually around, doing the day-to-day things that keep the place running. The block itself has its own rhythm, with the morning milk delivery and the vegetable sellers passing by later on. It isn’t the kind of place you’d find in a business directory with a glossy photo. It’s just a building where work happens. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but that’s just life in the block. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor or having the latest furniture. It’s more about having a roof over our heads and a desk to sit at.
