Sec Communications

You can find us on the 3rd floor at T-301 in the Phoenix Victoria building. That’s at No 16 on Thyagi M Palanivelu Road. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we'd like. We work on communications stuff. It involves a lot of wiring and making sure different devices talk to each other properly. The office is a bit plain, but we have a good view of the street from the third floor windows. We’ve been here for a while, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the road below. It's not a high-pressure environment. We just take the jobs as they come in. Sometimes we are installing intercoms, other times we are fixing phone lines for people. It’s varied work and keeps us busy. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word usually gets around by itself from one person to another. We focus on the technical side of things rather than the business side. It means our desks are usually covered in wires, tools, and diagrams. We try to be helpful when people call with a problem they can't figure out. Usually, it's something simple that we can walk them through over the phone. If not, we head out to their place to see it in person. It’s a steady living. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the communication lines open for our customers around here.
