We've been over here at Indiranagar 2nd Stage for a while now. Specifically at No.1015/A on 17th C Cross. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, but we like it. We mostly handle property stuff, managing things and looking after buildings. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the traffic outside our door, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular place where we get our work done every day. People stop by to ask about rentals or house sales in the neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. It’s just us here, a small team trying to keep track of everything. The 17th C Cross is easy to find if you know the area well. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. If you walk past, you'll see our sign. It isn't anything flashy. We spend most of our time on the phone or out visiting sites around the city. Dealing with property in Bangalore is always a bit of a challenge with the paperwork and the rules, but that is just how it goes. We do our bit and go home. That’s really all there is to it. No big secrets. We've got a small desk for guests and some old chairs. It works for us.
