Scion Builders

Scion Builders is located at 16 Kalyan Nagar Phase II. We are based in the Srinivas Apartment building within the GIDC area. A good way to find us is to look for the Cafe Coffee Day nearby; it’s a popular spot for people around here. Our office isn't very large. It’s just a room where we keep our maps, blueprints, and files. We spend a lot of time out at construction sites, so the office is often quiet during the day. Kalyan Nagar Phase II is a nice area, a mix of offices and homes. Being in an apartment building makes the workspace feel a bit more personal and less like a sterile corporate environment. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. It’s usually just one of us picking up the call. We’ve been working in development and building for a while now. The GIDC estate has changed quite a bit since we first moved in. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the weather, which is just the nature of the building trade. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just a local group of builders working out of a modest office. If you drop by, you’ll see we’re just regular people doing our best to get the jobs done.
