We are based on the 3rd floor over in Jayamahal. Most people know the area because of the More Super Market, and we are just diagonally opposite to that on 1st Main Road. It is a decent spot in Bangalore, not too loud compared to other places. So, being on the 3rd floor means we have to walk up or use the lift, which sometimes has its moments. Here at the School Of Interior And Architecture, the days are mostly filled with people drawing or looking at floor plans. We have been in this building for some time now. It is a straightforward setup with desks, some stools, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when everyone is working on a big project at once. We don't have a big reception or anything polished like that. It is just an honest place where people come to learn or work on architecture stuff. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being right in the middle of MG Road. We usually go across to the supermarket if we need snacks or something for the office. It’s just how we operate. We show up, do the lessons or the design work, and that is about it. There are no fancy speeches here, just the practical side of how buildings and rooms get put together. We just try to keep things useful for everyone who comes through the door.
