Scenic Architrendz

We’ve been at this spot in Benson Town for a while now, specifically on 2nd Cross in 302 A. It’s mostly just us working on design stuff and making sure things look right. Scenic Architrendz started out as a small idea but it grew. Most days, the office is pretty busy with drawings spread out over the tables. We like the neighborhood here because it’s quiet enough to get things done but still close to everything. People usually find us when they need a plan for a house or an office space. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s a working space first. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, but we manage. We handle the technical side of building things, figuring out where walls go and how the light hits a room. It isn't always glamorous work, but it matters to the people who live in those spaces later on. We stay focused on the tasks at hand. If you’re walking down 2nd Cross, you’ll see our door. We’ve seen the area change over the years. We keep our files organized, mostly, though there's always a stray ruler or a pencil rolling around somewhere. We just show up every morning, open the shop, and get to work on the current pile of projects. It’s a steady pace here at Scenic Architrendz and we like it that way.
