Sattva Group

The Sattva Group office is on the 4th floor over on 3 Dickenson Road, right across from the Nilgiris shop. If you look out the window, you can see people coming and going from the store all day. It’s a busy area, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic sometimes. We have a lot of files and stacks of paper because that’s just how the work goes. There are a few of us who have been working together for years now, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at blueprints spread out on the big table in the middle of the room. It’s not a silent office by any means. There is usually someone talking or the sound of the lift going up and down. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just some old calendars and a few plants that someone forgets to water every other week. Sometimes we order lunch from the place downstairs and eat while we work. The 4th floor gets a nice breeze when the windows are open, which is good when the AC isn’t behaving. We’ve stayed in this building because it’s central and everyone knows the landmark. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get through the day’s tasks without too much fuss or extra stress and go home to our families when we are finished for the day.
