If you are looking for us, we are on the first floor at 1 Marathahalli Bail Bazar. We are right next to Bageecha Restaurant, which is a good landmark because everyone knows where to eat. Marathahalli is a loud, energetic place with lots of traffic and shops. Our office is a simple one. We do property stuff, mainly residential projects around this side of town. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and the 1st-floor landing is usually busy. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks, talking to customers or checking on site progress. We don’t have a big fancy reception area. It’s more of a walk-in kind of place where people come to chat about their homes. Sometimes we have lunch at the restaurant next door when we have a long day. We’ve been in this area for a while and have seen it change a lot. The dust and the noise from the main road are always there, but you stop noticing after a few weeks. We are just local people working in the real estate business. We don’t try to sound like a big multinational. We just know the local roads and the local people, and we do our best to get the jobs done without any extra drama. There is always a lot to do with the buildings coming up around here lately.
