If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s a massive place with lots of noise and activity. We fit right in there. We deal with medical systems, and our facility is mostly dedicated to housing equipment and handling the logistics of getting it to hospitals. The office is practical. We have some desks and a lot of storage space. We don't spend money on interior decorators. We’d rather spend it on keeping our stock levels right. The people working here are mostly locals or people who have moved to Bangalore for work. We are a straightforward group. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to clients. We just explain what the equipment does and what it costs. Being in the industrial area means we are surrounded by other businesses, which is helpful when we need parts or services ourselves. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans and we keep moving. We don't have a grand vision.
