At S.A.N.Prakash Construction P.M.C.Pvt.Ltd, we spend most of our time looking at plans and checking on building sites. Jayachandran K N runs the show from our office in J.P.Nagar First Phase. We’re located at House Number 878, right on the corner of 12th Cross and 35th Main in Bangalore. It’s a busy part of town, which is good because there is always construction happening somewhere nearby. Our office isn't a fancy corporate suite. It’s full of rolled-up blueprints, samples of materials, and coffee mugs. We’ve been in the construction management business for a while, so we know that things rarely go exactly to plan. There are always delays with supplies or weather issues to deal with. We just take it one day at a time. The staff here knows the local area well. We spend a lot of our hours talking to contractors and making sure the projects are actually moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination work. We don't do much in the way of advertising; most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our name on a site. Bangalore 78 is a good base for us. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the actual building work. It’s a practical way to run a business. We show up, do the work, and go home. That’s about all there is to it. We don't mind the long days as long as the work is moving along just right.
