Sankhla Industries

We are based at No.2 on the first floor along Race Course Road. Sankhla Industries is a pretty straightforward operation. Being on the first floor is nice because we get a bit of a view of the road, even if it is just cars and people rushing by all the time. The office and the workspace are combined into one general area, so you can always hear the clatter of what’s going on. We don't have any polished floors or expensive art on the walls. It is mostly just shelves filled with components and desks covered in technical drawings. We’ve been at this for several years, and the routine hasn't changed much. We show up, check the schedule, and start on the production tasks. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait for a delivery, which throws the whole day off, but that is just part of the business. We try to stay on top of things, but like any shop, there are days when everything feels a bit chaotic. We handle our own shipping and keep a close eye on the inventory. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping move heavy crates. We just keep at it and try to get the work done right.
