Sankalpa

We have been here at Sanjay Nagar 33 for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Sankalpa is the name of our small setup where we handle things day to day. Someone is usually here by nine, though traffic sometimes makes it a bit later. The office isn't anything fancy, containing a few desks and some filing cabinets that probably need organizing soon. A lot of time is spent on the phones or looking at paperwork. Right down the street is a tea stall that we visit a lot. Most of us grew up nearby or have lived in the area for years, so it feels like home. When people come by, they usually just walk in. A big reception area isn't something we have. It’s just us doing what needs to get done. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes for a bit, but that is part of being in this part of town. Simple is how we keep things. There isn't a huge team here, only a few of us who know how the routine works. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic, but we are used to it. The main focus is the tasks for the day and getting through the list before heading home to our families. We are a group of regular people working hard together.
