Sanjog Bansuri Mahavidyalaya

If you walk down 1st Cross in Nehru Nagar, you’ll find us. We are tucked away in Banashankari 3rd Stage. This is where Sanjog Bansuri Mahavidyalaya is located, right at number 270. It’s mostly just a place where music happens. We spend a lot of time teaching people how to hold the bansuri and get a clear sound out of it. It takes a lot of patience. The street outside can be a bit noisy sometimes, but once you start playing, you don't notice it as much. We’ve been here in this part of town for a bit. It’s not a huge fancy academy, just a couple of rooms where we sit on the floor and practice. Sometimes students forget their notes, or they struggle with the breath control, but that’s all part of learning an instrument like the flute. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, someone is just around to let you in. We like it this way because it feels more like a home than a school. Nehru Nagar is a decent area, and being at the corner near the cross makes it easy for locals to find us. We just keep the music going, one student at a time. It’s simple, honest work, and we enjoy the sounds coming out of the rooms every afternoon.
