If you find yourself on 27th Cross in Jayanagar 4th Block West, you’ll likely see the Nilgiri Bakery. We are right opposite that, inside the Ragavas Diagnostics Centre. Jayanagar is a great area, but it gets incredibly busy, especially on the weekends. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. The smell from the bakery across the street is something we all look forward to every morning when they start baking fresh bread. Our space is located within the larger diagnostic center, so there’s always a lot of movement and different people coming and going. We keep our section tidy and organized, even when the waiting room gets full. It’s a very practical setup. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have a big corporate feel. It’s just us, doing our daily tasks and helping the people who walk in. Most of our visitors are locals who have been coming to this block for years to do their shopping or visit the temple nearby. We know the regular coffee guy and the security guards from the neighboring buildings. It’s a nice little community we’ve got here. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but we just keep going. It’s just a normal day for us at Sanjiv Cc.
